1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
During high order volumes, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

Whimsy Nook is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners and provide either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
