2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s system.


4. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship only within India.

5. Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Whimsy Nook is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partners and provide either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
