Return Window

We offer a 5-day return policy. You must request a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

  • Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and proof of purchase required
  • Valid reason (damaged, defective, or incorrect item)
⚠️ An unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@whimsynook.in with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or unboxing video (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup via our courier partner. Returns without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us right away. We’ll offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective products and depend on stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Customized or personalized products (if introduced)

Refunds

  • Prepaid orders → original payment method
  • COD orders → bank transfer after details are shared

Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval.
